When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 4 business days, but usually faster! Our working days are Monday - Thursday.
Domestic (UK) untracked orders should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. Tracked domestic orders should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch.
International untracked orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive from dispatch. International tracked orders should arrive within 8 working days of dispatch.
Where's my tracking number?
All orders are shipped without tracking as standard. This is to keep the price you pay as low as possible. There is an option to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout if you would prefer. The price of this will vary based on your location and the size of your order.
You can find your unique tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.

Are you an environmentally conscious business?
Sustainability is really important to us - no we're not just saying that. You won't find cheap, wasteful 'freebies' or 'little extras' in our packages because, let's be honest, who uses them? Reducing excess is more important to us than anything else, so what you pay for is what you get!
All our packing is 100% recyclable and we use compostable materials where possible. Excluding our organic cotton fabric, all components are made in Europe and manufactured to a high quality.

What materials do you use?
Creating worthwhile sustainable and high-quality products without adding to the unnecessary waste on our planet is central to Jasmine Esme X Embroidery. Learn more about our materials below.
Packaging
All our packaging is 100% recyclable and made locally in the UK. Kits are shipped in compostable boxes made with > 40% post-consumer waste. Smaller items are shipped in 100% recyclable envelopes. Sometimes, we use non-recyclable second-hand envelopes as reused is better than recyclable!
Materials
Our organic calico cotton is grown responsibly in Asia and all other materials for our kits are sourced from high quality suppliers in Europe. There is no single use plastic in our kits.*

* Some kits package the sewing needle in a small plastic bag. These have been reclaimed second hand from another business. Once this supply runs out, all our kits will be 100% single use plastic free.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We ship to most countries from our little studio in Scotland.
If you are in the EU, you will need to shop via our Etsy shop instead. Click here to open Etsy in a new tab.
Shipping prices vary based on your location and the size of your package. We ship using untracked postage as standard to keep the price of getting our things to you as low as possible. But, you can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
My package hasn't arrived.

First, check that your expected window of delivery has passed.
Domestic (UK) untracked orders should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. Tracked domestic orders should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch.
International untracked orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive from dispatch. International tracked orders should arrive within 8 working days of dispatch.
If you selected tracked shipping and your order says it has arrived but it has not, please leave 2 days for your package to appear. Sometimes, carriers will prematurely mark packages as delivered when they are not. The United States and Canada are particularly bad for this!
If your order has still not arrived then get in touch using the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please include your order number and the issue in your message. We will get back to you shortly to see what we can do.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1 working day of being placed so it is unlikely that you can cancel/ change your order once placed.
Once your order has arrived, if you still would like to cancel, you have 14 days to let us know that you would like to return it. See the related FAQ "Do you accept returns or exchanges?" for information on how to do this.
If your order has not shown as shipped, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will see if it is possible to cancel your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes!
You can return your items for any reason provided you contact us about this within 14 days of receiving. You must contact us using the form below to start the process of returning. You will receive a full refund for your purchase upon the return of your items in good condition.
You will be responsible for the price of shipping the items back. This should be via a tracked service.
After 14 days, we do not accept any returns.
If your items have arrived damaged, please contact us and we will let you know how we can help!
We do not offer exchanges.
